Vendor set up, Sunday, Jan 8th, 12pm until 5pm.

Vendor Take down, Tuesday, Jan 10th, completed by 5pm.

Sponsorship Opportunities:GOLD SPONSOR  $5,500

GOLD Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship for the entire 2-day Conference, providing the greatest visibility of your brand and the exclusive opportunity to address the attendees during a general session. 

GOLD Sponsorship includes:

  • Premier exhibit space, FULL 8’ undraped table
  • Company logo/message included in marketing loop during all general sessions
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship on the FDSOA webpage and in all marketing messaging to attendees
  • An opportunity to address the audience and provide a product/marketing update during general session
  • Banner stand (provided by sponsor) placed prominently in the general session area
  • A daily morning acknowledgement in General Session
  • Your marketing materials included in every attendee’s bag (one promotional item in addition to one USB thumb drive or a maximum of five (5) sheets of product information)
  • Attendee list (to be provided prior to, and after conference)
  • Does NOT include vehicle spot. That can be added to registration.
SILVER SPONSOR $4,250

SILVER Sponsorship includes:

  • Premium exhibit space, FULL 8’ undraped table
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship on the FDSOA webpage and in all marketing messaging to attendees
  • Your company logo displayed prominently during general sessions in recognition of your support
  • Banner stand (provided by sponsor) placed prominently in the general session area
  • Your advertising materials included in every attendee’s bag (this can include a brochure, one sheet of product information, or one promotional item)
  • Attendee list (to be provided prior to, and after conference)
  • Does not include vehicle spot. That can be added to registration.

Vendor Table  (Half of an 8-ft skirted Shared table) – $1,295.00 (USD)

  • Table intended for literature only (electricity not guaranteed)

Vehicles - $700 Each

  • Vehicles can be added to each selection above during registration.
  • You can add a maximum of 4.
